Managing Areas and Files
With JobSite.codes you can have multiple sites at a time within your account. You can manage areas and files in your account from the dashboard and by clicking on the sites themselves.
Dashboard
Welcome to your dashboard! Here, you can keep track of all your sites in one place. You'll be able to see how many areas and files are associated with each site, as well as how many times users have accessed them.
Adding a New Site
To create a new site, click on the "Add Site" button located in the top right-hand corner. Enter the site's name, along with any optional notes or address, and specify the primary contact for this site.
Adding an Area
To create a new area, click on the "Add" button and enter the area's name, along with any optional notes.
Adding a File
To add files to your area, you can drag and drop them onto the upload box or click "Upload a File" and select the files you want to upload.
Adding a Photo or Video
To add photos or videos, click on the Photo/Video tab and drag any desired files to the designated area. A gallery below will display the items, allowing users to swipe through and zoom in for more detail.
