How do I change what job sites a guest has access to?

Note: Only account owners are able to manage guest user access.

Go to your account page, click the Users tab, then click the Edit User button on the far right, and then you can make the necessary changes. When you are done, make sure to click the Save button to save your changes. 

For example, if you have an interior designer who is working on one of your sites but is no longer involved on the project,  you can remove their ability to make any changes to the site.


Edit Guest Access From Within a Site

Go into one of your sites and click the Manage button in the left column next to Guest Access. From here you can add or remove a guest depending on whether or not you want them to have access to that certain site.
