What is a request?
Request Inbox - Your homeowners can submit requests to you at any point during the build. When they do, you’ll receive them in your Requests Inbox, where you can Approve, Edit, or Deny requests.
Accepting Requests - When you approve a request, it will automatically be assigned to the correct area if the homeowner tagged it correctly. If the homeowner didn’t include the relevant area and trade, you’ll need to assign them manually. All unassigned tasks will be grouped in the Unassigned tasks for easy review.
Deleting Requests - If a request isn’t necessary, you can delete it. However, once deleted, the homeowner will no longer see it. We recommend reaching out to them before deleting to discuss the request further.
Editing Requests - The Edit button allows you to update the task name, adjust due dates, add images, and modify any requirements before approving.
