How do I know if trades completed a task?

Status Symbols - Each Punch List item has two symbols representing its status:

• Trade Complete In Review: When a trade marks a task as complete, a light green symbol appears. If a completion photo was required, you’ll see it under the task name. Once a task has entered the Trade Complete In Review stage you are now ready to review the work and determine if you are ready to Badge Complete the task or uncheck the task for correction.

NOTE: Trades won’t be notified of a task being unchecked so be sure to follow up with your team. 

• Badge Complete: Once you confirm the work is done and satisfactory, click the Badge to mark a task completed.   

NOTE: If you’ve given your Homeowner access to Punch list they will be able to view the Badge Complete for the task as well as any images that were uploaded by the trades for that task.
