How to share a link with trades for Punchlist access?

There a multiple ways to give your trades access to your Punch list! Lets start with sending them a link.

You can share a custom URL with your team to give them access to your Punch List. You'll simply click the "Share" button found at the top right of the Punch List screen.

Once you've clicked the "Share" button it will automatically save the custom URL to your device allowing you to share via text, email, or any other app or program you use to communicate with your team.

QR Code Poster

You are also able to print a QR code specifically for your Punch list. This allows your team to be able to quickly scan and access your Punch list.

Switching from File Manager to Punch list

If your team already has access to the File Manager they can access Punch list whenever they want without having to utilize a link or scan a code. They simply need to click the Punch list button listed in the hamburger menu found at the top right of their screen.
