Is there a way for homeowners to copy and paste notes into the requests?

Yes! Homeowners can copy their notes and request directly into JobSite.codes by first pasting their notes into the "Add Request" text box.

Once they've pasted their requests into the the "Add Request" box they will see that they are automatically broken up by each individual task. Here they can edit them if needed or add additional tasks.

Once they're done adding their task items and are ready to submit, they simply need to click the "Save" button to finalize their requests. This will then send the tasks to your "Request Inbox" in your Punch List dashboard where you can then approve or decline items.

NOTE: Once a task is approved homeowners will then be able to see the task in the corresponding area. Homeowners WILL NOT be alerted that a request was approved or declined.
