How do trades know when an item has been approved by me?

A trade will know when an item has been approved by you based on the type of symbol they see.

Status Boxes - Each Punch list item has two symbols representing its status:

• Trade Complete In Review: When a trade marks a task as complete, a light green checkmark appears. This lets the trades know that they have completed the task and it is currently pending review. They can go back and uncheck this at anytime. You can also uncheck this box if the work is not up to standard.

• Badge Complete: Once you confirm the work is done and satisfactory, the Badge Complete will appear after you click on the badge. This will then cross out the task and will officially mark the task complete. Once you've badged a task complete the trades can no longer uncheck the box or make any further edits. You can remove this badge at anytime should you need to.

NOTE: If you’ve given your Homeowner access to Punch List they will be able to view the Badge Complete for the task as well as any images that were uploaded by the trades for that task.
